Ordering Online
If ordering in France you can pay by bankcard or cheque (on a French bank account).
If ordering outside France payment is only accepted with a bankcard. There is a minimum order from outside France of 30 Euros plus postage.

You can phone us on 02 33 14 19 60 or 02 33 38 11 21(International code 00 33 2 33 14 19 60 or 00 33 2 33 38 11 21), Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and place your order. An English speaking person is always available to take your orders.

Product Availability
We will do our best to ensure availability of your requested products at all times. If a product is not currently available we will contact you to explain any delay and when we expect to be able to send your goods, or find a solution in respect of alternative products/sizes, or reimbursing you for the article.
Shipping
Delivery is made directly to the address of your choice. Delivery is made to mainland France, other European Countries and worldwide.
France
Delivery is by Colissimo (Post Office) on receipt of a signature at the address given with the order.
The goods must be signed for and if you are absent the Post Office will leave a receipt in your letterbox and it is your responsibility to collect the goods from the Post Office within the time indicated.
La Source tries to ensure that the goods are delivered without delay – normally within 5-7 working days.
Abroad
There is a minimum order, from countries outside France, of 30 Euros plus postage.
The postage cost is calculated from the weight and size of the package. We can contact you with a quote before you submit your order with us. Delivery time is 10 working days.
If you are making an order within the European Union and provide a valid VAT/Siren number you do not have to pay the French VAT/TVA of 19.6%. Those who order from outside the European Community do not have to pay French VAT/TVA. You may have to pay import duties on your goods and therefore need to contact your local customs office for details.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope that you are happy with your purchases. However, if not, you have 7 days after you have received the goods to return the products for an exchange, a credit note or reimbursement. You will be reimbursed when the returned goods are received at our shop.

You will be given a products return reference to help us track your returned goods.
The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice to

If the goods are returned under these conditions postage will be paid by La Source. If you have changed your mind about the goods and returned them the postage is your responsibility.
La Source does not accept returned goods that are incomplete, used, damaged, spoilt or dirty.
